Can the AI book reservations to OpenTable / Resy / Tock?

Direct integrations with OpenTable, Resy, Tock are on the roadmap (Q3-Q4 2026). For now, reservations land on the RingDispatch dashboard and your host can copy them into your booking system. Most restaurants find the dashboard sufficient until volume justifies the integration.

Does it route catering leads separately from reservations?

Yes. Large-party (typically 10+) and any caller mentioning 'catering', 'private event', 'wedding', etc. routes to a separate catering inbox with extended intake (date, headcount, event type, dietary).

Can it answer allergen / dietary questions accurately?

List your menu's gluten-free / vegan / nut-free accommodations in the knowledge form. The AI answers from that list. For anything outside the list, the AI says 'let me have the chef call you back' — wrong allergen info is dangerous, the AI doesn't guess.
